Hi, we have a number of face fit testers (been on a course - got certificates), question is, can we "train" another member of staff to carry out additional face fit testing? One of our (trained) staff can shadow him for a period of time until he is confident / competent etc to carry out (testing) by himself.

I dont see why not, maybe worthwhile to follow and check off the "Sylabus" at fit2fit though for completeness:

Thanks - have checked the above website (fit2fit), and yes they do "recommend" training with themselves - they also issue a certificate. If the syllabus is followed (re use of a trained tester) shouldn't be a problem.
