Hi Everyone, We are potentially erecting Scaffolding near a railway. We have been asked to write RAMS and a Contingency Plan, the works will be 3m away from the rails and it will be erected without possession, and under the supervision of COSS. Does anyone have a template for the Contingency Plan please Many thanks

You haven't indicated whether or not you/your company are experienced in working within the Railway environment. Whether or not the works are part of a Railway contract/project. Whether or not the works are on railway infrastructure or outside the railway infrastructure boundary but within close proximity. What the railway-relevant site conditions are. i.e. type of railway: Overhead Lines, 3rd Rail, non-electrified, etc. Network Rail, London Underground, Docklands Light Railway, other? Without more and specific detail, you probably won't get much more of a response, I'm afraid. Nick
