I am looking for a database tool and do not have the capability to build one in house, to store our management inspections and H&S audits (internal) on which allows us to run reports on non-conformances, trends etc. Has anyone particular experience with any software they could share? Thanks

We used Q-Pulse in the past. They have a very good audit & CAPA module!

Hi, I use a software package called MAI, from a company called ehasoft. Excellent for audits, incident reporting, near miss reporting, RA, capa etc. www.ehasoft.com
