I work for a relatively young organisation which has spent the first 12 years of our existence building our asset base and developing our management systems; we're now turning our attention to understanding the maturity of our safety culture.
To this end I've done some research and identified 7 toolkits that are in use currently.
Before I launch into evaluating each of the tools available, does anyone know if any articles have been published in which a compare/contrast exercise has been performed?

Geoff In the absence of any responses I decided to do some research of my own. I found a report by the HSE comparing four SCTs, however this may be a bit dated by now. Might give you a steer if you feel inclined to check it out below.
