I'm gathering some data on BBS programme methodologies and would also like to provides some case studies of companies that have successfully applied the principles and seen an improvement in safety performance.

Is anyone able to provide links to any examples / case studies? Ideally after some facts and figures to back up the "success" (in reduced incidents, improved reporting etc.) the investment provided :-)
