Good Afternoon All,

I have been asked by my company to supply an HSE Plan for a project this something i have no experience of and would like some advice regarding this

Would anyone have any examples of a project specific HSE Plan that i could look at to give me an idea on how to create a plan for this


Any help would be of great interest to me

The project is supplying machinery for a subsea company for an offshore project

Is this plan applicable to any plan , this is for a subsea company offshore ?

Mike follow below items and make your own Project HSE plan

Management of HSE Issues
- The control or activity that addresses the issue
- The timescale for any actions required
- Allocation of responsibility for carrying out actions
Project HSE Management System
- Roles and responsibilities
- Schedule of regulatory submissions (e.g. EIA)
- Schedule of HSE audits
- Schedule of Project HSE reviews
- Schedule of other HSE activities (below)
- HSE resources required
Summary of HSE Plan
- Significant HSE issues, aspects, hazards and risks
- Assessment of severity, if appropriate
- Mitigation or management measures
- Monitoring measures, if appropriate
- Timescale for implementation
- Responsibility
- Project HSE Action Plan
- Any further actions required
- Timescale for completion
- Responsibility

Ensure that your back is covered as if something goes wrong its U that will be in the firing line as has happened before where the HSE has taken action against individual H&S people
