Hi all Can anyone confirm if there is a limit of the quantities/volume of chemicals you can legally move between sites without being a registered carrier? There is sometimes a need to move items delivered to our stores which is at a site 4 miles away. Thank you for your help! June

Hi June. Not sure what you mean by 'registered carrier'. Can you please explain? Also, there is a derogation regarding 'crossing' roads- see the link below. Derogation 11. https://www.gov.uk/gover...nsitional-provisions.pdf I think you would struggle to apply the above if you are traveling 4 miles. Can you be more specific about the types of chemicals and their quantities? Thanks Andy
