Hi all
Can anyone confirm if there is a limit of the quantities/volume of chemicals you can legally move between sites without being a registered carrier? There is sometimes a need to move items delivered to our stores which is at a site 4 miles away.

Not sure what you mean by 'registered carrier'. Can you please explain?
Also, there is a derogation regarding 'crossing' roads- see the link below. Derogation 11.

I think you would struggle to apply the above if you are traveling 4 miles.
Can you be more specific about the types of chemicals and their quantities?

Quite possibly if the items are needed for the work you do, or if the amounts are below transport exemptions or limited quantity provisions. For a full answer would need UN numbers, packing group, how packaged, amounts per inner / outer.
