Hello All We have a department where incidents of work related stress are far higher than anywhere else within the organisation, we have completed a risk assessment and identified a number of poorly controlled stressors, one of which is the attitude and knowledge of the senior management of that department. Can anyone recommend a training course that could be useful in changing the mind-set of a less than enlightened manager?.

Not knowing your managers I would be tempted to go down the coaching route, courses like the ILM level 3 coaching for managers and supervisors may give your less evolved employees an insight into how to communicate effectively in the workplace.
