What will be the permissible business mileage an employee should do? In relation to keep fit as per company health safety and well-being policy. Is there any set standards? Like 1000 miles per month or less. Can we have discussion on this topic please?

Care to expand where you are coming from to enable considered responses to you question.
In construction 1000 miles per week as a "commute" for site workers is unfortunately not unusual anymore and furthermore often excluded from considerations of working hours and any safety / wellbeing consideration.
Personally 1000 miles equates to two weeks travel for business purposes. After one and a half hours behind the wheel I start to consider a break regardless of having travelled 100 miles (clear motorway run) or 2 miles (as per the M62 today between junctions 18 and 19 - cow on the carriage way, how do you plan for that!).
With the state of the UK infrastructure, business demands and office based movement planners who believe internet mapping system times there can never be "absolutes" as the whole situation is dynamic e.g. M6 toll closure for security issue thanks to an e-cigarette "smoking" in a coach passengers bag (plan for 30 minutes / one hour / two hour delay each time the supposedly quicker toll route is used?)
