I have a close friend who drives mobile cranes, he feels his employer is making him work over the required hours... Like a lorry driver with TACO, break every 4 hrs etc. Can anyone please let me know any rules/regs for crane drivers for driving to and from and actually operating the crane... Many thanks, Dan

They have no tacos and come under the Working Time Regulations.
