Hi all I've have just been told that a bird cage scaffold does not need to be inspected every 7 days. I find this hard to belive and can not find anything in wrting on it Can anyone confirm or otherwise?

Hi Mike, Any scaffold will need to be inspected every 7 days, after alterations or adverse weather. Who ever told you otherwise is misinformed.

Regulation 12 (4) of the Work at Height Regs 2005 for clarification. Hope that helps!
