Hi all,
I am just chancing my arm here, but does anyone have a copy of ANSI Z136.9 - Safe Use of Lasers in Manufacturing Environments?
I would love an electronic or hard copy of this, but its very expensive to purchase.
Thanks in advance.

Unless you are suffering global corporate dictate why would you be searching for an ANSI standard? There is a lot of UK regulation and guidance in relation to laser applications in the workplace. Mainly covered under various Radiation Regulations.

Also bear in mind that laser classification in the US is not quite the same as in the UK. To give you an example, a IIIA is not the same as a 3A.
There are British Standards that specify what is required for laser safety in the UK.
They are in the series
BS EN 60825-1:2014, etc
