Would wish to check it is not a pressure system under Pressure Regs 2000 - Reg 2.1 since the relevant liquid is water - which vapour pressure at 17.5 deg centigrade is 0.0119 bar. Reason - a fitting has flown off end under pressure (I think) and wonder if reportable as Dangerous Occurrence RIDDOR. Thanks
