Having been asked to change a roof light on a Asbestos roof (fragile)
We can not come from below due to false ceiling and shop having built up display areas that we simply can not remove
We therefore need to access from the roof - we have a safe access to the roof area
We can protect fragile areas with easy deck etc..
When we remove the roof light we have an opening and although connected to easy deck I am looking for a better solution as I do not think this is ideal - does anyone know a specialist that we can utilise for bespoke systems
Thanks for your assistance

If just one roof light to replace you might consider if a cherry picker/MEWP can reach the work area. Maybe two men could work from inside the cage/platform.

We would normally remove using a cherry picker from below therefore not having to work on the roof
The roof light is 60mtrs along a asbestos roof with a slight pitch and its on the inside pitch so neither will reach
Looking at the complexity I think I wont bother not worth the stress for such a small job - however we have a national contract so will need to offer a solution Thanks for the advice John
