life insurance and high risk confined space working

It has been suggested to me that an individuals life insurance policy may not pay out if they were unlucky enough to be involved in a confined space incident at work. (deemed a high risk activity). Is this correct ? Does anyone else consider this as part of their confined space working strategy ?

The controls should ensure this is not a high risk.
You need to read the small print of a private policy but I suspect this is not an acceptable "get out".
It certainly would not work for an employer's policy
