Hi guys, not sure about a certain project notification. The project is notifiable and involves 70 plus miles of small road and street trenching. I do not want to list each road as a single project and listing each and every road and street seems very long winded. Are their any suggestions on how I could encapsulate the project within the F10 a such as "multiple street work ?? City centre"? The list of streets is over 50 pages of A4!!!!

Thanks Ashley, the works will be progressive utilities installation from street to street throughout a city centre. We will have a leased office to manage the process locally to the works, so maybe use that address as site of works?

Hi, Used to have to do this for Local Authority works. Put in an F10 which covers the full site area as one long term construction project, as stated before 'multiple sites'. This then has the main H and S file in the principle controlling office. Each site then has a 'site specific' risk assessments which would mainly cover temporary traffic management and any site specific risks. I had spoken with HSE on this and they did not have a problem as long as site specific risks are being managed. Many hazards/risks will be common to all the sites.
