Hi all, Just a little advice please, I am in the process of identifying a suitable training provider as I am going to undertake an IRCA Lead Auditor course for 18001 in the very near future. Whilst all seem good, I have located a supplier that offers Lead Auditor training and exams etc over 6 days for 18001 & 14001. As I am self funding it seems logical to combine and get both in one ( very hard) week of work ? Has anyone taken this course or can offer advice ? Regards Mark

Mark, if you are familiar with terminologies , take combined course even though it would be a bit hard but auditing criteria is same for both 18001 &14001 SHV

Its not quite Lead Auditor BUT- I have done the IOSH SHE Auditing- A Management Systems Approach course, and that combines the two very well. It was a hard week but well worth it with an exam and a working document which you work through during the week like you would do in an audit. I would highly recommend it.

I studied with BSI for both the auditor and lead auditor course 18001, the trainer was excellent.
