can we adopt a BS 8800 as the HSG 65 which contain the deeming weel of PDCA in a small firm of 30 members

Hi Abbas, BS8800 has been withdrawn - it's no longer a current standard. If you want to work to a standard I would suggest the 18000 series (into which 8800 has been absorbed).

BS 8800:2004 has been superseded by BS18004:2008. Both are not for "certification" by certification bodies. BS OHSAS 18001:2007 is the Standard for Certification. ISO 45001 is most likely to replace BS OHSAS 18001:2007 in near future, in 2016/17 time scale

With the above, you could implement the principles without going for certification!
