I have recently taken on the role of Health & Safety manager for the company I work for and as one of the initial tasks I have been asked to prepare a brief health & Safety gap analysis for each department, as I know there are discrepancies between the departments.

Would anyone have any pointers for tools, templates etc. to help with this task?
