Hello there. I'm on the lookout for online training software that can be used to train not just beginners but also capable of providing specialized training to the existing staff. I've come across a lot of options and it's become kind of difficult to decide on one. The requirement is simple; the software should be able to not just train, but also evaluate the results and give proper reports regarding the person. It should act as a medium of communication between the employee and the trainer. Two options that I really liked include Skyprep and Moodle and they both have their share of advantage and fit the bill in terms of what I'm looking for. Has anyone used either of these? A little insight would go a long way in helping me take this critical decision. Thanks.
