One of our customers has requested that pallet labels be placed at knee height rather than chest height as at present. The pallets run on a fixed position conveyor which can't be changed and as the operator needs to inspect the full pallet the task can't be done from the floor. We are concerned that frequent bending/squatting will lead to back/knee injuries. Does anyone know of a calculation tool, similar to the HSE MAC & ART tools which deals with frequency of bending/squatting? Thanks
