Hi there can anybody recommend a MH video, I'm not particularly found of training by videos but have a situation where it may be the only option due to localities and volumes needing the training, I'm not after one that shows you picking up boxes more a general one which helps you protect your back whilst lifting up various shapes and sizes of wood, mainly MFC and MDF boards. It has been suggested we produce our own video, does anybody have experience of doing this.

This is a bit long but you could edit out some of the nice animations to drop into your own video:
It might also be worth contacting your local college. If they offer courses in film editing you could get students in as part of their course.

Comes across as sexist, I know somement are stupid and carr4y everything but so do woman. It does really bother me just thought I'd point it out.

May be a silly question but would a film be adequate to use in training on its own. I currently do our manual handling at my company.
Im currently being asked to sort out a film that the new guys can watch as their manual handling training rather the the old school training i give. Which due to restraints i can't always give on the first day someone starts employment with us.
Seems a bit impersonal to me.
