Reporting incident in HSE RIDDOR

Hello, I am wondering if someone can advise me if an incident/accident happened outside UK still needs to be reported into RIDDOR. Person is employee of UK company but working abroad on a 6 week basis. Many thanks for your advise.

Not reportable under UK RIDDOR but may be reportable under the other countries legislation.
