Team, Am trying to put together some meaningful metrics / KPI's for Client and PD duties for CDM2015 and having difficulty getting my head around it. Can anyone share any that show meaningful information that can drive a business forward? Thank You in advance

You can build useful metrics around post-Project Evaluation. Step 1 is to determine the number and sample width of in-depth Project reviews (every Project should get some degree of evaluation). Timescales, discharge of duties, provision of adequate information and welfare, number of incidents, accidents or interventions, contractor evaluation against spec. review of designer application of hierarchy of control, H&S File updated, etc. CDM compliance evaluation should be integral -not separate-part of the evaluation process. Assumption of course that we all avoid measurement for the sake of it - the data should inform improvement and future performance.
