Good morning everyone , Could any of you nice people tell me where i could find information on the TM44 Inspectors report and if it is legislative to carry out the report in Scotland . I can only find information for England and Wales Any information you can provide with will be of great interest to me Mike

Good morning TM44 - my favourite! Completely overlooked it myself tucked away at Part V of the lesser known The Energy Performance of Buildings (England and Wales) Regulations 2012. However, we did have this completed last year. This is a link to the requirements in Scotland and you can see that it is necessary. Thanks Hilary , thats great information . Its one of them which goes of the radar i would say ..... Our maintenance company does not do this but they have provided a contact to use Thanks again Mike
