Can I get a second opinion please We had an accident at work, a trip that led to a fall. Result a broken arm. The IP is a maintainence contractor servicing equipment on our commercial premises. The IP company advise that they will report the Riddor and forward relevant info to allow us to complete our own investigation Is this acceptable, I don't want to report the incident twice once by the subbies and myself. Thanks

Sounds more than acceptable to me, it is normally the employer of the IP who reports the RIDDOR.
