Hi all,

I am currently doing up my end of year safety stats for the organization and have two queries.
1. What is the best way anyone has seen accident stats presented? As in a presentation to the company that is easy to read.
2. It is clear to see from analysing the stats that loss of control of a piece of machinery is the cause of 55% of the accidents for the calendar year. Mostly small hand tools causing cuts etc. Has anyone any recommendations on an action plan to try and attack this issue? The maintenance/ RA/ training/ Communication etc is all in place but certain lapses in concentration is causing these injuries. I have read a bit about behavioural safety but I was hoping to see what others on here would recommend.

You could relate injures to parts of the body. this approach is common in manufacturing set ups.
