We have a wheelchair user going to a Christmas Carol Concert, she has volunteered to be there and be part of the concert, do we need a PEEP.

It's a funny one this, my inital thought would be no.....if you go to a shopping centre and are disabled do staff working there see you and fill in a PEEP with you, never seen this happen.

But, if they are working/volunteering, i would suggest that a persons familar with the building inducts them regading health, safety and fire and demonstrates an escape plan with them, so probably a PEEP could be generated here.

Unless you have trained fire marshals/staff that could be informed about the individual and that they are responsible to assist.
