Please do not beat me up if I have missed something here folks.

The HSE website states that The Management of Health and Safety at Work Approved Code of Practice (ACOP – L21) has been withdrawn and is no longer available.

Do the Regulations stuill apply though?

Just out of interest it is still available on the Northern Ireland HSE site.

I still use it as good guidance on the requirements.

It was removed as part of HSE's program to revise its published guidance. The line was that the updated website (which has minimal information really) and new version of HSG65 would suffice.
