Morning all, I'm wondering if anyone can help, I've not dealt with F10's in years, but have had a query on an old application (which I no longer have a copy of), is there a way to obtain a copy on line? I've searched on line, but at present I've not found anything. Thanks in advance

I very much doubt HSE would offer that service. They are likely to ask you why you want it though! F10 is a notification, not an 'application.' More likely that your LA planning department have retained records. F10 doesn't contain much information. There should of course be a Health and Safety File................

Hello, Its the LA that want it for additional works, cross over of staff, misplacing paperwork! No the HSE dont, and you cannot ring them, so email it will have to be and see how we get on.

Unless LA are the CDM Client, I can't fathom why they'd have any interest in an F10. if this extension to current contract then why not resubmit online, adding note that this is a renotification?

apologies an old post i realise, felt i could assist here. I came across this email address long time ago to retrieve lost F10 coding notifications.. e: forms.unit@hse.gsi.gov.uk They shall require address of your site, your email address and roughly date when posted on their web-portal.. regards
