They fit into many types of work trousers with knee pockets, probably better to fit them into a pair designed for them. I find them very good if I have to be clambering around and kneeling as my knees are getting bad now after the years of abuse before we knew anything better of it. I actually bought a set & trousers to fit them I felt that they would be so good, and IMHO they are.
