What are the Risk and Controls to Floorlayers: Osteoarthritis PD A14

Hi,
I have been asked by a floor layer to provide PPE knee protectors. I am looking at the risks and the controls. I would be interested in hearing from anyone with experience of managing this issue. So far I have considered:
* Job analysis
* Ergonomic analysis
* Health Surveillance
* I have found many PPE knee protectors but not found info on reduced mobility issues
* other PPE
Any ideas?

Not quite along the lines of what you are looking at perhaps.
If you have concerns about the strap on knee pads causing restricted mobility or potential tissue damage to users because of the straps, then these:

Other suppliers are available, I just knew that they were available from this national chain.
They fit into many types of work trousers with knee pockets, probably better to fit them into a pair designed for them.
I find them very good if I have to be clambering around and kneeling as my knees are getting bad now after the years of abuse before we knew anything better of it.
I actually bought a set & trousers to fit them I felt that they would be so good, and IMHO they are.
