I am currently trying to put a health and safety matrix together for our Property/Construction operatives and as you can imagine it is turning into a nightmare simply due to the sheer diversity of training requirements for electricians, plumbers, carpenters, apprentices etc. I am breaking down into mandatory and 'good to have' training. I was wondering whether there is any guidance out there providing this information easily (one can hope!) apart from going through each ACOP picking out training requirements. The core basics such as Asbestos, COSHH, HAVS, manual handling etc are fine but when it comes down to specific training such as nail gun, abrasive wheels it is getting a huge excersise. I think my main concern is mandatory training requirements really. Anyone else experienced the same issue and can offer advice on this please?
