Does a College have responsibility for risk assessing the DSE set up in class. I appreciate students are not "at work".

School pupils and college students are not covered by the Regulations as they are considered to be members of the public and reg 1(4)(c) excludes workstations provided for them. This information is taken from here (Point 14) - http://www.hse.gov.uk/fo.../ocs/200-299/oc202_1.htm
