Would you accept inspection records of slings from a European country for work being done in the UK?
We are going to get the slings retested as cant be sure of testing body and also there is no standard detailed regarding testing methods.

I think you have answered your own question. I would get them retested if I could not be sure of the legitimacy of the testing.

Definitely get them tested and certified so that they are deemed safe to use. I would ask for method testing statements and tag them with your companies current colour code and place on your lifting register. Always better to be safe than sorry!
