Hi,

I am working in a stand alone EHS role in a manufacturing environment.
This is virtually a green field site and ripe for transformative safety programs
that will hopefully transform the current culture and build safety into all aspects of the process.

I am looking for recommendations on books that I can use to pick programs
and strategies to achieve cultural change and compliance, particularly using current innovative ideas.

Any recommendations more than welcome.
