Hi all,

I'm not the sort of person to flag an issue for the sake of it but wanted to gage some opinion on the food allergies at work.

We have canteens etc which serve pre packed and freshly made food, the service provided by a contracted company. My concern is that they are not providing enough allergy advice on their packing or notices about whats being served on a daily basis.

Does anyone know if there are any specific rules regarding this or what responsibility the contractor has.

Cheers

It's now a legal requirement to post. You can get information regarding this off. http://www.foodsafety.gov/
