Well this is a new one for me:

http://www.ioshmagazine....-pi-find-repeat-offender

The bit that catches my eye is:
"Then in June 2015, HSE were alerted to a site in Stevenage, Hertfordshire, where Aztec was undertaking demolition work. No risk assessments had been carried out for respiratory exposure to asbestos.

The client informed HSE that it was unaware work had taken place and had alerted the police."

Not quite sure what to make of that. The client did not know this person was demolishing their property?! I'm assuming that this was a domestic client; can't quite see that excuse working for a business. "Sorry inspector, we had no idea he was about to knock our factory down!".

That struck me as odd as well.
