Hi all, Just after an alternative view if you would be so kind: In a nutshell, the only people that use chemicals at my work place are sub contractors, all of whom have their own company COSHH awareness training, COSHH files with RAs and MSDS, flam cabinets PPE etc. Is it then sufficient for me to simply audit their arrangements periodically to ensure that they are doing what they should COSHH wise and that their records are up to date? If so is there any recommended period, quarterly, Bi-annual etc?? Thanks
