Hi,
I'm a recent Australian OHS graduate moving to London in the coming months. I'm wondering what the job market is like London and how difficult it is to find work, besides NEBOSH what else are H&S employers are looking for?

I have a background in aviation but have just started my first time safety role within a large facilities maintanence company which I'm really enjoying but unfortunately will have to give this up as my husband is required to move for his work.

Looking forward to hearing your thoughts,

Hi Marley 85,
Employers will look for experience in conjunction with relevant qualifications (as you said - NEBOSH et all)
You say you have just started a safety role and have a background in aviation? I suggest that you will have experience from working in the aviation industry and should use that on your applications.
Try and apply lessons learned from the aviation industry - passenger safety, emergency evacuation, proactive monitoring, fire safety awareness etc

Good luck in your future!
