Check out this article from the Daily Main Last week, This old dear got the hump, so painted her house with red and white stripes, Then got the hump even more when the council told her to repaint it the colour it was, That made her mad, and now it seems she's employed a bunch of cowboys to help her http://www.dailymail.co....d-dream-London-home.html Check out the video and pic's A bit dangerous if you ask me and in the national press as well!!

The point is its showing extremely bad working practices, which is appearing in the national press. There have been cases where employers have been found guilty of allowing workers to step off a ladder onto either scaffolding or shelving.
