Hi Ron, goes without saying that was my only suggestion however, the Supervisor has resisted sitting the SSSTS (he is a contractor supporting two others and does not want two days out of work, with a test!). I'm frustrated as I cannot make him but only advise others that this is the only sensible course of action and they need to respond accordingly (this I have of course done in writing highlighting potential consequences)....... Therefore, whilst this battle continues I wanted to at least go through the role and responsibilities with him as an interim measure!
