When looking at an improvement notice I saw it was issued under the ORR (Office for Road and Rail) but when I read the CDM regs it mentions ORR as Office for Rail Regulation. Is this an error somewhere or are there two separate bodies of ORR

It's the former but was known as the latter till last year (i think - pretty recent change anyway).
