I am just wondering if anyone could help me by having anything on file with regards to ‘human performance’ or ‘acceptance of being challenged’. This is in relation to establishing a challenge culture with regards to health and safety, PPE compliance etc and the fact that the junior apprentice should be able to challenge the site director without fear of backlash.

Acceptance of responsibility I suppose it would come under, I am organising a Values Day and I would be delighted to have a quick power point or something similar to use on the dayfrom one of my esteemed colleagues. I would normally do these things myself but i have been tasked with organising the day and only given 10 days notice so i am extremely busy with only 9 days to plan it so I am using all my contacts to try and assist where they can. Any help would be gratefully recieved.
