Hello, I am relatively new to a manufacturing company who run 24/7. The problem I have is ensuring compliance with interlock and emergency stop checks on lines. They are running on full capacity so lines are rarely down. The problem I have is I am being told they are unable to do these checks as lines would need to be shut down which would effect production. the classic H&S verses production scenario! I would be extremely grateful if anyone in similar circumstances could advise on what they do to ensure these checks take place? Thanks in advance.
