Are you in favour of ramps?

Steps?
A ramp?
Struggling to think of other options...
Magnetic levitation?
Anti gravity boots?

Could you raise the entire floor level outside up 12 inches / 300mm ?
Alternatively
Wire rope death slide or pray for subsidence

I think to get a sensible answer you are going to have to provide more information.
For example: who is using this exit? volume and mobility? is there a suitable alternative? do you have access for the public? what is the condition of the floor outside the exit? why is there such as drop from this door? is this door used other than for a emergency exit?

A concrete slope/ ramp is the only other option. We had a fair few installed to solve the same issue at some of our sites.
