Hi, I am safety officer for my organisations annual staff summer event which takes place off site on a large campus. There is an existing event safety and management plan from before I joined the organisation. First Aid will be provided by external provider as there will be public attending also. In the event of a near miss or an accident , which accident form do you use - 1. the organisations accident form or 2. the off site venues accident report form? Currently the safety plan has the offsite campus accident form included. The external first aid provider will be using their own documentation for administering first aid. Any advice much appreciated.
