Hi Do all companies in South Africa have to issue Appointment Letters under OHS Act regardless of the size of the Company? Is it in a certain Industry ( Construction ) or is it for any business? Thank you

All companies need to have a 16.1 an a 16.3. the 16.1 can be over multiple sites but a 16.2 has to be at each site
