Are you looking for a publishing house or a technical authoring body? If it is the latter I would be looking for a new employment as it would be unlikely the firm knows where to find it's obligations and duties under various supply regulations. Even when there is nothing specific E.g. Low Voltage, Electro Magnetic Comparability you still have the General Product Safety Regulation to consider as this is the catch all for those circumstances when nothing specific exists. Putting together an O&M just needs thought. Component manuals and declarations, wiring diagrams, general arrangement drawings, the "how to operate", your/suppliers trouble shooting guidance, your/suppliers maintenance recommendations (schedule, what, when and how), list of recommended spares. Ask an external company and like other consultants they will charge an extortionate fee to tell you what your employees already know
