Just wondering what additional training folks might suggest - I'm GradIOSH and AIEMA (I know it changed to PIEMA, but it just sounds a bit daft to me).
I've done a few 'short courses' such as noise / manual handling and I can teach OK. I'm wondering if anything from CIPD or anywhere else might help with the 'so called softer skills'?
Does anyone out there have any views or suggestions?
Thanks in advance

Depends on where you think you have skills gaps and what sort of role you are looking for. However, a teaching qualification is always handy as most H&S role involve a smattering of training. Look at PTLLS/CTLLS or DTLLS -all available at your local FE college

I am the same as you, GradIOSH so I am wondering if CMIOSH should be my next port of call. I have little experience in the construction field so I don't think going down that route is worth while at the moment. I have quite a lot of fire Quals, I have the PTLLS and still do quite a lot of training, I even have lead and advanced auditing quals. But still unsure of the next step.
Maybe I will stick with fire and enhance this area further, at presnt I am a bit of a generalist H&S bod
