Funding Budget is on the decline in the current economic which means that the Organisation is in a position of financial hardship –

what impact will this have for health and safety within the organisation?

Well realising that they can't afford too many accidents and ill-health in the current economic climate they might decide to increase the H&S budget and truly commit to a positive H&S culture within the organisation or pigs might fly!
